Orders

All orders are fulfilled by UrbanEarthlings staff in New Cairo and are shipped with our logistics partner, R2S.

During placing your order, check that you have entered your information correctly, especially your email address and mobile number. Please, order using a mobile number that you would pick up. Feel free to add more than one number.

Addresses should be complete with the building number, floor number and apartment number. Your area/city is important. Orders are placed on hold until we collect this information from you. If you do not know your postal/zip code, please enter 00000.

Before placing your order, check the items you placed in your cart to avoid placing a wrong order and get billed for items you do not need.

Upon placing an order, check your email inbox for an order confirmation. Kindly, also check your spam/junk folders for the email. If you need to change anything, email orders@urbanearthlings.com stating your order number ASAP. Once orders are shipped, we can not change anything or recall the shipment.

For friends, family or co-workers placing orders, we highly recommend that you group your orders. This ensures we all lower our carbon footprint.
